Lynda is the Studio Manager as well as a coach. Having 30+ years of coaching plus business ownership experience has been an asset to building a great team and culture where people feel OTF is their 2nd home. Lynda thrives on seeing people smile each day and letting them know they are cared for. She believes in working hard and building a great team. "When you love what you do and you're good at it, it's not considered work, it's a gift."

Dana is a veteran of OTF and started as a member of the first OTF studio in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She moved to NJ with her family and coincidentally, resides in New Providence where the studio is. When she found out New Providence was opening, she HAD to be a part of it. And, she is a very big part of it. Dana is a the Associate Manager and a key player in OTF's success. She has the ability to truly connect with people and follows through with all of her promises. She 'bleeds Orange', day in and day out.

TRX Chest Press.
Nick loves OTF and everything it stands for. Nick became a Head Trainer at OTF in Atlanta, and moved back to his home state of NJ. OTF New Providence was (very) fortunate to take him on board. Nick feels the best part of OTF is of course, the members and his team. "The passion and energy the members bring to every class is not only inspiring, but it motivates me to be a better coach." The room lights up when Nick coaches, and his witty sense of humor, quirky personality, and killer music rock the house every class he teaches.
Nick is Level 4 certified through W.I.T.S. and ACE (personal training and group fitness), TRX Certified, Surfset Certified, partial cross-fit (lost interest), CPR/AED certified, and of course OTF Certified!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
